EPE Foam
EPE FOAM is originally made from Polyethylene and widely used for good protection from damages and scratches. The texture of the foam is thin, soft, tough and very flexible, which is suitable for goods that need to protect from vibration and bump, such as T.V., Computers and other electronic goods.
EPE FOAM come in normal form, with antistatic (suitable for all electronic goods) and in laminate foam (a technique to increase the thickness of foam by laminating technique)
Mekkere also provide other services such as adhesive coating, laminating and special cutting for EPE foam, this can be customized as customer needs
Remarks
1. For thickness above 10 mm, laminating technique will be used.
2. 4-5 days will be taken to produce (excludes day of ordering)
3. Price of EPE is fluctuates with oil price, thus price of each order could be differ.
4. The Maximum EPE thickness we could provide is 100mm x 1M x 1M
