Roll slitting is a shearing operation that cuts a large roll of material into narrower rolls by unwound and run through the machine, passing through knives, before being rewound on one or more shafts to form narrower rolls.

The Sticker coatings are available on many materials such as fabrics, sponge, paper, PVC, EPE, EVA, IXPE and etc. Adhesive types depend on customer needs in which hardness of the fabric can also be customized.  Example of work that we do sticker coatings: 1. Paper and Fabric for Packaging products 2. Packing for cards 3. Duct seal and insulation products 4. EPE or any cushion 5. Sound absorption foam 

Lamination is the technique of manufacturing a material in multiple layers, so that the composite material achieves improved strength and stability from the use of differing materials. Mekkere can provide lamination service for various materials such as Fabric+Foam, Foam+Foam, Fabric+synthetic Fabric, PVC Leather + Foam, EVA+Fabric, EPE+Fabric, it can be one side, two sides or many layers depends on customer needs (sticking 2 materials or more together with glue/double side tape)
